The task given to the Moda team was to transform a modest 3 bedroom single level house into an expansive free flowing home that would allow a growing family to enjoy a contemporary indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Considered and accommodated from the outset, the project included its fair share of challenges, including a sloping site and limited access. With the client having to relocate their family to the other side of Sydney during the build, the Moda team delivered a well structured and well communicated project plan at all times. To ensure the timeline was met, there was constant and collaborative dialogue between the team and client.
